Spartan Motors, a leading designer and manufacturer of custom chassis and specialty vehicles with about 1,800 employees across six facilities, faced a growing complexity from acquisitions and mixed product lines (engineer‑to‑order, configure‑to‑order and repetitive manufacturing).
