Carlisle Brake & Friction, a global OEM of hydraulic and friction-based brake systems, faced rising product complexity as it expanded internationally. Product and project data were fragmented across standalone and legacy systems (Creo CAD, QAD ERP, PTC Windchill, MS SQL and homegrown tools), creating integration, version-control, collaboration and compliance bottlenecks for global teams.

Working with partner Razorleaf, Carlisle implemented Aras Innovator to consolidate PLM, migrate legacy data and integrate CAD and ERP for a single source of truth. The solution standardized workflows and change management, automated ITAR/EAR-compliant reporting and test-data consolidation, improved maintenance scheduling and audit readiness, reduced manual steps and accelerated engineering change throughput across its global sites.
