Noho (Noho.care) is building a data-enhanced treatment platform for people with lymphedema — combining a connected sensor bandage, a mobile app and a web management platform to help patients and practitioners optimize therapy. To handle patient records and high-resolution sensor streams (pressure, temperature) linked to each bandage, Noho selected ArangoDB as its database technology.

With ArangoDB, Noho implemented a patient record management system and time-series storage that ties sensor data to bandages for analysis and visualization in their platform. ArangoDB’s stability, documentation and community support let Noho move into production quickly and reliably; the solution enables practitioners to tune treatments and patients to monitor progress, while Noho prepares for required data-security certifications.
