Ultra Fasteners Secures a Smooth Operation with Aquilon Software

Ultra Fasteners, founded by Randall Brown, sells tamper‑resistant fasteners worldwide through its website and needed a reliable, cost‑effective ERP to replace an aging mainframe and support a shift to web‑first sales and in‑house machining and delivery. Aquilon Software (and its precursor) provided that ERP solution, offering modules for sales orders, inventory, purchasing, contact management and a Finance core to manage general ledger, AR/AP and banking.

Aquilon Software implemented the system quickly (the original transition took less than a week and Ultra Fasteners moved to the enhanced Aquilon application in July 2012) and the solution now runs with virtually no maintenance, delivering the same functionality as much more expensive systems at lower cost.
