The solution's real-time monitoring tools identified unusual utility consumption, helping to resolve tenant disputes and uncover equipment issues. This improved communication and operational efficiency contributed to an increased Energy Star score, from 91 to 93, and led to a direct cost savings of $30,000 per year.
