Otago Regional Council improves access to 250+ water monitoring sites with Aquatic Informatics

The Otago Regional Council (ORC) faced the challenge of modernizing access to its extensive water monitoring data from over 250 sites across its diverse region. Aquatic Informatics provided its Aquarius software platform to create a user-friendly portal that improved public access to historical and real-time data, including water quality parameters. For regulatory staff, the solution included building customized dashboards for water consent compliance, saving significant time and ensuring consistency. The vendor Aquatic Informatics enabled ORC to centralize and broadcast critical water information more effectively to its community.
