Bayad Secures Its Digital Transformation with Aqua Security

Bayad, the largest multi-channel payment platform in the Philippines, needed to support a cloud-native transformation while maintaining strong security, compliance, and high availability in a highly regulated financial services environment. To address risks across containers, serverless applications, cloud environments, and APIs, Bayad turned to Aqua Security and its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).

Aqua Security implemented container image vulnerability scanning, serverless security scanning, CSPM, runtime protection, and risk-based vulnerability prioritization with deep AWS integration. As a result, Bayad gained better visibility into cloud-native risks, improved remediation prioritization, detected hidden secrets and misconfigurations before production, and strengthened compliance efforts for banking and PCI-DSS requirements; the company also expanded its Aqua footprint twice in the past year.
