Aqua Delivers Security for “Human-level” HCM SaaS at Forum Engineering

Forum Engineering Inc., a Tokyo-based engineering staffing company with 4,377 employees, launched its Cognavi “Cognitive Talent Management” SaaS platform to better match engineers with client needs. As the service was designed for a multi-tenant, cloud-native environment on AWS Fargate and Amazon ECS, the company needed strong container security that would preserve usability and support rapid scaling.

Aqua Security was selected to secure the platform, providing container image scanning, runtime protection, and policy-based controls integrated into the CI/CD pipeline. The solution helped Forum Engineering detect vulnerabilities earlier, block problematic container deployments, and gain a clearer view of application security across more than 130 containers; the biggest early impact came from Aqua’s image scanner, which gave the team a “panoramic view” of vulnerabilities and improved security throughout build and deployment.
