How World Bank Group Replaced MyGuide and Reimagined Digital Onboarding

World Bank Group, which supports employees across 100+ countries, needed to replace its legacy digital adoption tool MyGuide with a scalable, secure platform that could deliver cross-application guidance, robust analytics, multilingual support, and compliance alignment.
