WorldGaming, a Toronto-based competitive console gaming platform, was rapidly outgrowing its downtown colocation provider and needed more room for developer, staging and testing environments, higher power capacity, virtualization options, and a more resilient disaster-recovery location. Aptum migrated WorldGaming to a larger Toronto datacenter, enabling a virtualized environment, multiple servers, stronger stability and redundancy, and first-right-of-refusal on adjacent racks for growth.
