Aptron Corporation built WebWizard solutions (initially using in-house form builders and FormStack, later re-engineered to a JSON interface to support Drupal and integrate with the legacy Ellucian Colleague system), added custom duplicate-matching and validation tools, and trained JJC staff. The result: real-time edit checking, elimination of manual data entry for submitted applications, mobile-friendly forms, uninterrupted admissions workflow, and a system that now processes thousands of applications annually with faster duplicate detection and reduced staff effort.
