Morningside College, a private liberal arts institution in Sioux City, IA, needed a flexible, fully integrated administrative system to support its academic, financial aid, enrollment, development, and student-success processes while replacing manual, paper-based workflows. For more than 25 years the College has worked with Aptron Corporation—moving from AIMS™ and CampusWeb™ to the modern Collégix™ ERP—to meet changing regulatory requirements, streamline office-to-office data sharing, and support institutional growth.

Aptron Corporation implemented Collégix with a single shared database and tailored modules and enhancements (Recruiter, Budget Manager, a grad‑school web interface, a financial‑aid estimator and an online Early Support System), improving accuracy, efficiency and real‑time visibility across offices. Those changes helped faculty intervene earlier with at‑risk students, gave 60 budget officers and 100 regular users better access to financial and operational data, supported management of 200–300 graduate classes, and contributed to successful fundraising campaigns that raised $31M and $45.2M; Aptron remains a key partner as Morningside pursues further enrollment growth.
