To give associates instant access to the full enterprise inventory and preserve the brand’s “in the moment” retail experience, True Religion worked with Aptos (using Product Information Management, Enterprise Order Management and Aptos Mobile POS) alongside Formula 3 Group to explore an endless‑aisle wearable solution.
The team deployed “Band,” an Apple Watch app that lets store associates search real‑time inventory, cast product images to a store monitor and complete purchases (scanning barcodes via Aptos Mobile POS) with orders fulfilled through Aptos Order Management. Aptos’s technology enabled faster, more confident associate engagement and a clear save‑the‑sale capability; True Religion reported immediate behavioral changes in staff, improved customer interactions, higher conversion potential and stronger customer loyalty as a result.
