Aptive Resources delivered the solution by conducting an operational assessment and implementing an Office 365-based intake tool with automation to streamline requirements tracking. They also developed and delivered a comprehensive training program, including Lean Six Sigma certifications. The results were significant: leadership completed champion training, 87% of personnel received yellow belt training, and staff onboarding time was reduced from one year to just a few months, establishing a scalable foundation for long-term process maturity.
