National Pest Management Association’s AMS Selection Process Meets the Mark

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is a nonprofit trade organization founded in 1933 that serves over 7,000 member organizations by providing education, advocacy, and industry resources to protect public health, food, and property. After two unsuccessful AMS implementations, NPMA began a targeted search at the ASAE Technology Conference, shortlisted four vendors, and selected Aptify to deliver the precise association management system they needed.

Aptify supported NPMA with multiple demonstrations, pre‑discovery sessions, and development assurances, and NPMA went live on Aptify on June 22, 2015. The new AMS now reliably supports NPMA’s daily operations and member services, allowing the organization to focus on its mission—education, regulatory advocacy, and promoting professional pest management—while better serving its members.
