Case Study: Peloton achieves flawless real-time IoT bike performance with Apteligent

A Apteligent Case Study

Preview of the Peloton Case Study

Peloton - Customer Case Study

Peloton Cycles reinvented home fitness with an Internet-connected spin bike that pairs sensors and a 22" tablet to stream live and on-demand boutique classes, leaderboards, and real-time instructor feedback. To deliver a consistently fast, high-energy experience and avoid reactive, context-poor support, Peloton needed deep, proactive visibility into both app and hardware performance across its fleet of connected bikes.

Peloton integrated Apteligent’s mobile app intelligence into the onboard console and OS-level services to capture error and service diagnostics, correlate HTTP activity, and use breadcrumbs to retrace user steps leading to issues. The result was faster, more effective troubleshooting, a more reliable rider experience, and the expansion of Peloton’s offering (including an iPad app for use with any stationary bike) as the company continues to scale its IoT fitness platform.
