Skipton Building Society worked with vendor Apteco, alongside partner Paragon DCX, to improve customer retention and reduce drop-off among savings customers approaching account maturity. With customers interacting across branches, online, and by phone, the building society needed a better way to deliver the right savings product at the right time and keep its customer-first experience consistent.

Apteco implemented FastStats® and FastStats Modelling™ to build predictive models and 21 propensity scores per customer, updating daily for use in FastStats and Adobe Campaign. The solution helped Skipton identify likely churners, recommend the next best savings product, and personalize multi-channel journeys; the models showed strong performance with power ranging from 0.50 to 0.71, supporting more effective marketing and improved customer retention.
