Working with Apteco and Purple Agency, the company needed a way to better understand every customer and vehicle, improve communication timing, and avoid sending broad, untargeted marketing campaigns that delivered little return.
Apteco implemented FastStats and Cascade to build a single customer view across more than 1.5 million vehicles and 800,000 customers, using predictive models to forecast when tyres, brakes, clutches, MOTs, and services would be needed. The result was highly targeted, timely communications with ROI exceeding 1,000% in some campaigns, an MOT mailing ROI of 746.7% and £957,976 in revenue, plus an NPS score of 84 and improved retention, helping Protyre deliver a better customer experience and stronger business performance.
