NEC Group, a leisure and live events operator welcoming over four million visitors a year, needed a stronger, more personalized CRM approach to support high-volume event promotion across its venues. Apteco, working with partner CACI, implemented Apteco FastStats and Apteco PeopleStage on top of a single customer view to power smarter segmentation, automated journeys, and personalized messaging. The result was average email open rates rising from 27% to 48%, around 15% of CRM team time freed up for analysis and campaign evaluation, and an additional £350k in revenue generated, with promoters also booking extra tour dates for major acts.
