Protyre, the UK’s fastest growing tyre retailer and a major MOT provider, wanted to modernize its MOT marketing and improve operational efficiency. Working with vendor Apteco, Protyre moved from a manual approach toward more automated, demand-driven communications to better target customers, maximize MOT bay utilisation, and improve the customer experience.
Using Apteco FastStats and Apteco PeopleStage, Protyre built a closed-loop, multi-channel campaign that refreshed data regularly, scored customers by propensity to book, and adjusted offers and volumes in flight based on centre demand. The results included MOT Reminder conversion rising from 24% to 58%, MOT Due conversion nearly tripling from 4.2% to 11.68%, year-on-year growth in MOT bay utilisation, a 4-day monthly saving in effort, and significantly improved data quality and customer compliance.
