This enabled a 9-step milestone campaign and a 3-step new-member mailing, sending over 500,000 emails per month. The result was a 20% increase in email open rates to 45%, improved response and retention, faster payments, over 30,000 personalised reminder letters automated, and around 2,375 hours saved.
