Morey’s Piers Boosts Uptime to More Than 99% with Aptean EAM TabWare Edition

Morey’s Piers is a family‑owned seaside amusement park on New Jersey’s Wildwoods boardwalk with over 3 million annual visitors, more than 100 rides and multiple waterparks. Growth exposed limits in its legacy maintenance system—paper‑based inspections, poor visibility into safety checks and inventory, and company‑wide inefficiencies that threatened uptime and regulatory compliance.

Morey’s Piers implemented Aptean EAM (TabWare) in 2007 and moved to the cloud in 2017, enabling electronic inspection checklists, robust inventory control and streamlined reporting. The solution grew system users from 4 to 60, helped the park reach roughly 90% paperless operations, track about 6,600 SKUs (over 80,000 pieces, ~$2.2M), and achieve guest uptime above 99% while simplifying compliance and root‑cause analysis.
