The retailer needed a dynamic fulfilment solution that could scale capacity and guarantee time‑slot feasibility as orders flowed in, without significantly expanding its delivery fleet.

Aptean Routing & Scheduling Paragon Edition implemented its Paragon HDX order‑fulfilment and dynamic routing software to continually re‑optimise routes and match real‑time fleet capacity with stock proximity.
