Ready Foods, a custom food processor known for sauces, salsas and other prepared foods, had outgrown a 15-year-old UNIX system and needed a unified, real-time solution to support process manufacturing, inventory accuracy and future growth. After evaluating multiple ERP options, Ready Foods selected ProcessPro and implemented the ProcessPro ERP in February 2012 to replace manual, batch processes and disparate systems.

ProcessPro delivered a configurable ERP with add-ons such as WMS and BI that eliminated dual data entry, removed the need to halt operations for 24-hour physical counts, and provided real-time inventory (on-hand, allocated and projected). As a result, variance reporting time dropped from three days to about 12 hours, quality control improved to meet cGMP/FDA expectations, and ProcessPro has supported Ready Foods’ ongoing growth and expansion.
