Hampford Research, Inc. (HRI), a custom chemical manufacturer, was operating on a homegrown system that lacked real-time data and complete visibility across inventory, warehouse operations and financial reporting. To modernize operations, HRI implemented ProcessPro’s industry-specific ERP solution (ProcessPro) beginning in 2011 and later added modules such as Project Accounting, SDS authoring and Warehouse Management (WMS).

ProcessPro delivered a fully integrated solution that provided live inventory updates, company-wide visibility through its Business Intelligence suite, and streamlined processes that eliminated most dual-entry and reduced paperwork and month-end delays. As a result of ProcessPro’s implementation HRI now tracks on-hand, allocated and projected inventory in real time, shares drill-down reports and exports to Excel for faster decision-making, and has reduced operational costs while planning further expansion with MRP.
