Nercon, a designer and manufacturer of custom conveying solutions headquartered in Neenah, WI, needed a way to eliminate manual data re-entry, improve quoting and pricing consistency, and connect CAD/3D printing data to its business systems. To address these challenges they implemented OnContact CRM integrated with their WorkWise ERP — deployed through vendor Aptean CRM — to provide a simpler, feature-rich CRM that could pass data back and forth with ERP and support quotation/configuration workflows.

Aptean CRM’s OnContact solution, tied to WorkWise ERP and the ERP product configurator, enabled seamless data transfer, CAD/3D printing integration, and robust quoting/estimating functionality. As a result Nercon eliminated duplicate data entry, achieved more accurate and consistent pricing, and can generate quotation estimates much more quickly; the company also benefits from ongoing product updates and vendor support through Aptean CRM’s user forums and beta programs.
