Maximus delivers year-long systems training on time and budget with Aptara

Maximus, a consulting firm serving government agencies, needed to develop and deliver a critical software training program for Covered California's staff to meet Affordable Care Act certification requirements. They faced a strict deadline and budget. To meet this challenge, Maximus partnered with vendor Aptara’s Learning & Performance practice to create the necessary systems training.

Aptara quickly assembled a dedicated team of instructional designers and healthcare-experienced trainers. They developed and delivered a year-long blended training program featuring both eLearning (WBT) and instructor-led training (ILT). This solution enabled Maximus to successfully scale their team and deliver the training on time and within budget for the State of California’s Health Benefits Exchange, fulfilling their contract requirements.
