Deloitte, a global professional services firm with more than 100,000 professionals, engaged Aptara to perform a Strategic Learning Analysis for its National Audit Divisions to support a new Mandatory Compliance Training initiative. The goal was to align and map several large-scale learning initiatives, recommend technology and process changes, and reduce overall costs.

Aptara reviewed Deloitte’s training model, curriculum, design and deployment models, policies, LMS, and learning technologies, then delivered a new training deployment plan, standardized methodologies and policies, updated curriculum design standards, and a new resource model. Aptara also designed, deployed, and managed a SharePoint-based Knowledge Portal (Community of Practice) hosting 2,500+ courses with interactive learning maps and role-based search, providing a collaborative platform for online learning and development.
