Citrix Systems, a multinational software company, needed to convert three instructor-led training (ILT) courses to virtual instructor-led training (VILT) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The redesign and train-the-trainer work had to be completed on a very tight timeline, and Citrix also required a facilitator to run six upcoming sessions.
