Aon Hewitt, the global leader in human resources consulting and outsourcing, engaged Aptara to perform a Strategic Learning Analysis for its Talent and Learning team to assess and improve its Global eLearning Deployment Process. The challenge was to review the existing global model and identify opportunities across cost, resources, curriculum, deployment and learning technology.
Aptara conducted a comprehensive review—covering the global model, cost and resource allocation, curriculum, deployment model and learning technologies—and presented a phased outsourced deployment strategy. The work resulted in a new Global eLearning Deployment Model, standardized processes and content standards, a new training resource model, ROI/ROP modeling, and a redesign of procedures and strategic mapping for the United States.
