The Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel, a conference and spa hotel, relied heavily on digital marketing to drive year-round bookings. Their challenge was to increase website traffic and online sales, requiring a more effective email marketing system to replace their previous inflexible solution. They partnered with vendor APSIS to implement the APSIS Pro platform.
APSIS provided the APSIS Pro email marketing platform along with the APSIS Pro Event add-on for event management. The solution was easy to use and enabled the hotel to send large volumes of newsletters without bottlenecks. As a result, their newsletter became one of the top three drivers of traffic to their website, significantly increasing its impact. The hotel also found the event management tool greatly simplified their promotions.
