Kämp Collection Hotels, a Finnish hotel group known for prestigious hotels, restaurants and spas in Helsinki, wanted to improve the customer experience while unifying its marketing processes. To do this, the company turned to APSIS Marketing Automation, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the core source of booking and customer data, and needed a solution that could connect both systems smoothly.
APSIS implemented a two-way integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and APSIS Marketing Automation to power timely, relevant pre- and post-visit communication. The result was strong engagement, with email open rates between 60–80% depending on the hotel, and post-visit emails driving more bookings through KCH’s own booking channel; during special campaigns, newsletter-driven bookings accounted for over 50% of all campaign bookings.
