Insinööriliitto, the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland, wanted to improve member communications, ease internal workloads, and strengthen lead generation. Having already used APSIS email and event tools since 2011, the organization chose APSIS Marketing Automation as the right next step to help deliver more personalized, timely, and relevant content to its members.
With APSIS Marketing Automation, Insinööriliitto built automated flows and content with input from teams across the organization, turning marketing automation into a broader way of working rather than just an IT project. The results were strong: open rates increased by 69% and click-to-open rates by 258%, while the union also expects long-term gains in customer satisfaction, engagement, and more efficient use of internal resources.
