A APSIS Case Study
DSA, the Danish unemployment insurance fund for physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists, midwives, bioanalysts, and radiographers, needed a better way to reach graduating student members with timely, relevant information. Before working with APSIS, much of their communication was managed manually, which led to many unanswered questions and a heavy spike in phone calls during key graduation periods.
Using APSIS marketing automation, DSA built 18 newsletter flows for graduating students and automated messages based on each student’s graduation date. The result was a major reduction in support demand, with incoming calls falling from 5,756 in June 2018 to 2,420 in June 2019, while email open rates improved thanks to more relevant, targeted communication.
