A APSIS Case Study
Hoas, the Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region, needed a more efficient way to communicate with tenants, especially new customers receiving a lot of important information at the start of their tenancy. To reduce manual work and improve the timing and relevance of messages, the organization turned to APSIS and its marketing automation solution.
APSIS implemented a five-message automation flow for new tenants, helping Hoas deliver information in smaller, well-timed batches. The result was a smoother process, lower workload, and stronger engagement: open rates increased from around 80% to 98%, while click-through rates were also very high.
