Hankkija - Customer Case Study

Hankkija, a Finnish nationwide agriculture, machinery, hardware and gardening retailer with 64 stores and a large webshop, needed a better way to deliver relevant customer experiences across very different audiences. To meet its need for stronger integration, personalization, and testing, Hankkija evaluated multiple marketing automation providers and chose APSIS, specifically APSIS Profile Cloud, because it fit their price, feature, CRM integration, and open-hub requirements.

With APSIS, Hankkija implemented two-way integration with MS Dynamics CRM, website and email personalization, behavioural pop-ups, and automated ecommerce flows such as abandoned cart emails. The results have been strong: Hankkija reports that abandonment emails convert at three times the rate of average webshop conversions, while automation has reduced manual work and improved relevance for highly targeted segments.
