Golf Center, Finland’s leading golf equipment retailer with both physical stores and an online store, wanted to grow both offline and online while creating a seamless bridge between in-store and digital customer experiences. With APSIS One, Golf Center launched weekly and monthly newsletters, personalized campaigns, and GDPR-friendly website forms to turn visitors into known prospects and customers. APSIS reports that the results included a 25% increase in online sales, a steadily growing customer base, and open rates rising to around 40%, while also saving time with the new email editor.
