Dansk Supermarked, Denmark’s largest retailer behind brands like Netto, Bilka and Salling, wanted to build richer customer profiles across its digital and offline channels and improve customer journey targeting. To connect its many data silos and strengthen personalization, the company turned to APSIS and its APSIS Profile Cloud solution.
APSIS implemented a pilot with Bilka.dk to profile unique visitors, enrich those profiles with data from SAP and other sources, and enable a single customer view across platforms such as Hybris. With APSIS Profile Cloud, Dansk Supermarked increased conversions by over 300% and tripled conversion rates across web personalization and email retargeting campaigns, while also laying the groundwork to integrate 3TB of offline data.
