The Arc Caddo-Bossier is a nonprofit serving infants, children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. With roughly 870 employees and many different pay types, the organization faced growing payroll complexity: its accounting system required duplicate data entry, its previous national payroll provider delivered poor service and hard-to-use software, and a tax compliance oversight eroded confidence.

In July 2011 The Arc implemented APS OnLine for unified HR, payroll, and time & attendance. APS automated customized reporting, eliminated duplicate work, reduced system costs and payroll processing time, and accommodated specialized pay rates. Integrated HR features (like verification calendars) and responsive, personalized support increased compliance confidence and made payroll and reporting faster and more reliable.
