BESIX Nederland, part of the large BESIX Group construction organization, was challenged with inefficient QHSE inspections. Although they used the Relatics system for scheduling, their inspectors in the field were still using pen and paper. This created a major administrative burden of transcribing data, which was then shared across multiple stakeholders.

Aproplan provided a digital solution by customizing its platform, specifically the Forms and Points features, to meet BESIX's strict internal compliance standards. This digitized the entire inspection process on-site, from capturing photos and location data for observations to creating a library of pre-filled templates. As a result, BESIX Nederland achieved a more efficient, accurate, and trackable process for workplace safety and quality control, leading them to sign a global agreement to use Aproplan after a successful initial project.
