Every.org is a technology platform that helps people donate to nonprofits in a simple, social, and privacy-first way. In early 2021, the team wanted a user research solution they could set up without developers, customize fully, and use to understand why some users started donating but did not complete the process, while also collecting feature requests and feedback at key moments in the journey. Appzi provided the in-product feedback and microsurvey tool they needed.

With Appzi, Every.org launched a feedback portal and two targeted microsurveys: one for general visitor feedback and another shown only to users who abandoned the donation flow. This helped the team uncover technical and organizational issues in the donation form, leading them to prioritize fixes plus new charity categories and payment options that had a positive impact on donations. Appzi also made it easy to respond to feedback from the inbox, helping Every.org close the loop faster and keep improving the donation experience.
