LGT, the private banking and asset management group for the Princely House of Liechtenstein, faced challenges in its global client lifecycle management (CLM) processes. With complex, varied procedures across multiple jurisdictions and increasingly demanding regulations, tasks like client onboarding had become cumbersome. LGT partnered with vendor Appway to digitalize and harmonize these processes to improve data consistency and the quality of client advice.
Appway provided its software and process expertise to build a flexible, guided CLM solution. The implementation, which integrated with LGT's core systems, standardized and automated key processes. This resulted in very positive user feedback, higher data quality, and reduced training effort. While process efficiency improved, the primary focus and achievement was a significant enhancement in the quality of service delivery for LGT's clients.
