BancaStato, the Ticino cantonal bank, needed to streamline onboarding, improve regulatory compliance, and later enhance client lifecycle management across its front, middle, and back office. To support these goals, the bank turned to AppWay and its CLM solution suite, first after migrating to its new core banking system and later as part of a group-wide initiative that also included its private banking subsidiary, Axion SWISS Bank.

AppWay implemented a unified CLM platform that lets front-office employees handle common client requests through a single interface while accessing and editing customer data directly across connected systems. The result was consistent data, reduced redundant manual processing, faster customer response times, and harmonized customer experience across banking segments, with around 350 Appway users benefiting at BancaStato and Axion SWISS Private Bank.
