Apptivo deployed a suite of CRM apps (Leads, Contacts, Customer, Opportunities, Sales Planning, Employee and Teams), integrated Lead→Contacts→Customer→Opportunities→Sales Planning workflows, and synced Outlook/Gmail while creating role-specific page layouts and real-time dashboards. The Apptivo implementation eliminated repetitive double-entry, gave sales and marketing a single source of truth, enabled drill-down charts to monitor funnel and pipeline by stage, and improved user efficiency and decision-making through visualized, up-to-date sales performance.
