Improving CET Color’s business process and support using Apptivo CRM

CET Color is a U.S. manufacturer of large-format vacuum table flatbed and hybrid roll-to-roll/flatbed UV printers that was collecting prospect details via web forms but struggling with a disconnected CRM: contacts weren’t auto-converted to leads, contacts, leads and opportunities weren’t linked, phone inquiries couldn’t be captured, pipeline visibility was limited, and customer data access was unsecured. To address this, CET Color engaged Apptivo and its Apptivo CRM apps.

Apptivo implemented a suite of CRM apps (Contacts, Customers, Leads, Opportunities, Employees, Financials) and tailored workflows so web- and call-based inquiries are logged automatically as leads, lead/contact/opportunity stages are tracked, role-based authentication secures customer data, and opportunities convert directly into quotes and invoices to avoid duplicate entry. As a result, CET Color can create and email an invoice in under a minute, maintain records of calls and appointments, run sales and employee performance reports, track deals by stage (closed, lost, on‑hold), and improved follow-up that helped increase sales.
