Comensura, the UK’s leading managed service provider for temporary and contractor labour, needed a way to streamline delivery of its c.net marketplace and improve collaboration across development, support and business teams. Their challenge was replacing fragmented tools, long meeting notes and inefficient handoffs with a single system that could match their existing processes, provide audit trails and reduce time spent switching between apps.

They implemented and heavily customized Targetprocess as a single visual platform for sprints, retrospectives, meeting minutes, support queues and quotes, using email integration, shared Tauboards and custom fields to enforce workflows and traceability.
