Providing iPads at school easily, quickly and securely with AppTec360 Endpoint Manager

Realschule Bietigheim, a school in Bietigheim, wanted to make iPad-based learning easier to manage for 65 teachers and 400 students, but it needed a secure way to handle devices, apps, licenses, and content at scale. As tablets became central to classroom work, the school also had to quickly support remote learning during the Corona pandemic and prepare the devices for immediate use.

AppTec360 provided AppTec360 Endpoint Manager to connect the school’s iPads with Apple School Manager and streamline device, app, and content distribution. With support from Media Arts, the school could automatically configure new devices and users, create a managed Apple ID for easier licensing, and distribute books and apps to classes, teachers, and students. AppTec360 helped Realschule Bietigheim get through the pandemic faster and laid the groundwork for expanding iPad teaching across all classes, with 400 iPads already managed through the solution.
