Mannheimer Transport-Gesellschaft Bayer (MTG), a logistics service provider in the Port of Mannheim, needed a better way to keep its 150 employees reachable across large warehouse and handling areas. Its old DECT phone system was no longer sufficient, and IT manager Martin Höweler was looking for a flexible, secure mobile device management solution for rugged Android smartphones; MTG chose AppTec360 Endpoint Manager.

AppTec360 implemented the cloud version of Endpoint Manager to centrally manage MTG’s outdoor smartphones, preinstall selected apps, and roll out new tools like Microsoft Teams and Excel quickly.
