Insight, a global Fortune 500 solutions integrator with 12,000 employees and 80 offices worldwide, wanted to improve collaboration and employee communications while replacing paper-based tools with a scalable, centralized workplace experience platform. To support its growing workplace needs, Insight turned to Appspace for a unified solution that could manage digital signage, video walls, visitor management, space reservations, and an employee app.

Appspace implemented the platform in phases, starting with the new headquarters, where more than 140 digital signage displays, visitor management, space reservation tools, and a 22-foot “Art Stack” video wall were deployed on time. The solution also included “Prism” displays highlighting employee and company news, and it helped increase the number of employees returning to the office while reducing IT workload and supporting a global rollout strategy.
