Global Pharmaceutical Company partnered with Appspace to upgrade the workplace experience as it opened a new headquarters and transitioned 75,000 employees into a hybrid working model across new and refurbished offices worldwide. The company also wanted to refresh workplace communications and create a more standout, welcoming experience for employees and visitors.

Appspace used its Digital Signage platform with enhanced managed services to design an interactive HQ experience, including custom kiosks for wayfinding, building directory search, space availability, and café menus. Appspace installed 28 kiosks and helped map more than 2,000 desks and meeting rooms with occupancy sensors, giving the company better space insights while also standardizing content templates and training staff to publish consistent communications across locations.
